About this page
These providers may process personal data on our behalf or within the technical delivery of the service. This may for example include operations, email delivery, payments, domain management, DNS, support, AI assistance for text, SEO and analysis, and security-related functions.
Below is an overview of the providers that may be used within the scope of the service.
Inleed AB
Service: Server operations, hosting, infrastructure and backups
Location: Sweden / EU
Purpose: Operation of the service, data storage, internal system infrastructure, backups and recovery
Categories of data: Account details, contact details, technical logs, system data, support-related information and other information stored in the service
Comment: Used as the operations and infrastructure provider for the service. Backups and recovery take place within the provider’s network and operations environment in Sweden.
Inleed AB
Service: DNS management
Location: Sweden / EU
Purpose: DNS operations, domain pointing and technical management of DNS records for services and connected domains
Categories of data: Technical connection details, IP addresses and other network-related information that may arise when using the service
Comment: Used as the primary DNS provider for domain pointing and management of DNS records, for example A and CNAME records.

Service: Domain registration
Location: Sweden / EU
Purpose: Registration, renewal and administration of domain names
Categories of data: Name, email address, phone number, organisation details and other registration information required for domain management
Comment: Used where applicable when domain services are provided through the service.
NameSRS AB
Service: Domain registration
Location: Sweden / EU
Purpose: Registration, renewal and administration of domain names
Categories of data: Name, email address, phone number, organisation details and other registration information required for domain management
Comment: Used where applicable for domain names that are not handled via another registrar.
Bunny.net (BunnyWay d.o.o.)
Service: DNS and, where applicable, CDN within the EU
Location: EU
Purpose: Domain pointing, nameserver management, DNS operations and delivery of static content
Categories of data: Technical connection details, IP addresses and other network-related information that may arise when using the service
Comment: Used where applicable when the service is configured for external DNS, whitelabel nameservers or CDN with delivery within the EU.
Mailjet SAS
Service: Transactional email delivery
Location: EU
Purpose: Sending transactional emails, for example account verification, password reset, notifications and other service-related communication.
Categories of data: Email address, name, message content and technical metadata related to email delivery
Comment: Used for the service’s transactional email.
Pixie AB
Service: SMS delivery via API
Location: Sweden / EU
Purpose: Delivery of SMS to users and customers when the platform sends transactional messages directly via the Pixie API. Used for example for one-time codes, verification of contact details, reminders, store order updates and other service-related information.
Categories of data: Phone number, message content, sender label and technical metadata related to SMS delivery
Comment: SMS messages are sent directly from the platform to the Pixie API. Delivery status may be received via webhook according to the provider’s configuration.
Mistral AI (Mistral AI SAS)
Service: AI services for text, SEO and analysis
Location: France / EU
Purpose: AI assistance in the platform, for example text suggestions, SEO recommendations, website review and other analysis when such features are enabled
Categories of data: Text content and data sent to the AI feature, for example URLs, page text, SEO-related content, summary material and other information needed for the relevant AI request
Comment: Used as a processor when AI features are called in the platform. Processing takes place within the EU. Data is sent only in connection with active use of AI features, for example website review, text suggestions or SEO analysis. According to the provider’s terms for API use, such data is not used to train AI models. A GDPR data processing agreement applies to the processing.
Mollie B.V.
Service: Payment solutions
Location: Netherlands / EU
Purpose: Handling of payments and payment-related transactions
Categories of data: Name, contact details, payment-related information, transaction data and billing information
Comment: Used as the payment provider for purchases and payments in the service.

Service: Website previews in the administration interface
Location: EU
Purpose: Generation or display of visual website previews in the SiteAdmin service administration interface
Categories of data: Technical connection details, preview URLs; when calling the provider’s API the platform’s outbound IP address is used, not the signed-in user’s client IP
Comment: Used only in the SiteAdmin administration interface to show website-related previews. The feature is not used by public visitors on customer websites. The preview image is delivered via the platform server (internal proxy): calls to ScreenshotMachine are made from the platform and not directly from the end user’s browser with the user’s IP address against the provider’s API.
General information about our providers
We select providers carefully and strive to use providers within the EU/EEA as far as possible. When providers outside the EU/EEA are used, this is done with appropriate safeguards under applicable data protection legislation.
The list above may be updated when the service develops, when technical solutions change or when providers are replaced. The current version is always published on this page.
